MassMEP’s Glenn Gertridge Promoted to Lead Project Manager

WORCESTER, MA - The Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MassMEP), a business and technical resource organization for the state's small and medium manufacturers, recently promoted Glenn Gertridge of North Dartmouth, MA to Lead Project Manager.

In this position, Gertridge is responsible for working with local manufacturers to re-organize their operations, making them more efficient, eliminating waste and unused inventory as well as facilitating ISO certification and access to grant opportunities. In addition, he will be responsible for assisting with proposal delivery and contract closure as well as serving as the primary contact for all leads and new business opportunities.

Gertridge has over twenty-five years of technical and manufacturing management experience. Most recently, Gertridge served as partner & senior project manager at Compass Consulting Associates. There, he was responsible for operations within the New England area, including long term strategic planning, short term manufacturing planning and development of operational layouts.

Prior to his work with Compass Consulting, Gertridge served in a number of senior management roles at companies across Massachusetts, including Technical Change Associates, where he was Director of Northeast Operations.

"Glenn has an intimate knowledge of the issues and challenges facing the region, having worked for over two decades in Southern New England," said Jack Healy, director of operations for MassMEP. "His expertise in project management and consulting has been a huge benefit as we continue to help small and medium sized manufacturers in the south coast area compete locally and globally."
