Falmouth Company is Host Site for May 3rd MassMEP Lean Roundtable Series
The next Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MassMEP) Lean Roundtable Series will be hosted by Benthos, Inc. in North Falmouth, Massachusetts on Tuesday, May 3 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The Lean Roundtable series brings local manufacturers from a variety of industries together to network and share knowledge and ideas on how to implement and sustain Lean manufacturing methods, low-cost techniques that help companies reduce waste and inventory and increase productivity.
Benthos has produced significant savings since implementing Lean. Representatives will give a tour of their new plant, and showcase their Lean success while looking for feedback from other roundtable participants on how they can make even more improvements.
