MassMEP Program Transforms Top Bay State Executives Leadership Training Program Offered to Top Level Executives on Feb. 15 & 16 and May 10 &11 at the Crowne Plaza in Worcester MassMEP in collaboration with New England Coaching is offering The Leadership Transformation Training Program designed to provide the state's business owners and senior executives with essential skills to develop and enhance their leadership abilities. Top level executives can choose between two dates, participating in two full days of training on Wednesday and Thursday, February 15 & 16 or Wednesday and Thursday, May 10 & 11 at the Crowne Plaza in Worcester. The training program is followed by three months of on-site project activity to further develop skills in the workplace. Geared toward executives with the title of CEO, President, Vice President or General Manager, the 12-week program is highly interactive and informative, using multiple learning styles to empower participants to make positive personal and professional changes and implement those changes within their business.
