MassMEP Lean Collaborative Program For Small Manufacturers Begins April 25 MassMEP in partnership with UMass Dartmouth kicks off a three-month training program with an introductory session on Tuesday, April 25 to help small or medium-sized manufacturers implement Lean techniques at their facilities. Manufacturers from across Massachusetts will participate in interactive workshops and on-site facilitation days. Teams will also share their best practices in implementing Lean tools and techniques and apply them at their companies. The goal of the program is to provide a low-cost way for small and medium-sized manufacturers to provide their employees with Lean training. Workforce Training Grants are available to help offset costs.
