LEARN TO BE LEAN: LET MASSMEP HELP YOUR COMPANY TRANSITION TO A WORLD-CLASS ENTERPRISE
Public Lean 101 Executive Session to be Held on December 11 at Worcester Technical High School

Does your plant layout lack organization? Are your sales not at the level you would like them to be? The Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MassMEP) has a solution for manufacturers struggling with these and other issues, a solution that has proven effective in Bay State companies large and small.

On Tuesday, December 11 at Worcester Technical High School, join MassMEP for a Public Lean 101 Executive Session, a hands-on workshop that guides participants though the transition from a traditional service or manufacturing environment to a Lean, world-class enterprise. By introducing and implementing Lean principles, individual companies can improve efficiencies, reduce waste, increase profitability and provide customers with high-quality products or services at competitive prices.

Past workshop participants report significant results after implementing Lean principles in their own business, including up to a 90 percent reduction in lead-time, 85 percent improvement in product quality, 50 percent increase in productivity and a drastic reduction in plant floor space.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. at Worcester Technical High School, and the program runs from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. A registration fee of $50 per person is required, but is refunded after attending the course.
